Wholesale Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Showerspecs® retail partner. The following terms and conditions apply to all wholesale purchases made directly through Showerspecs LLC. By placing a wholesale order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

General Terms of Agreement

To qualify for wholesale purchases, you must be a valid retail business and by agreeing to our terms and conditions you certify that you are such. You are only authorized to sell through the retail store that you have listed. Third-party marketplace sales require prior written approval.

Payment Information

Payment is due prior to shipment. Invoices will be issued shortly before your order is scheduled to ship. We are not able to offer accounts at this time.

Cancellation Policy/Return Policy

Orders may be modified or canceled prior to invoicing. Once payment has been processed, orders cannot be canceled. Wholesale purchases are final. Returns are accepted only for products damaged in transit, manufacturer defect, or shipment error.

Assortment Support

Every retail partner serves a unique customer base, and we're committed to helping you build an assortment that works for your store. Our team is happy to provide merchandising recommendations and, when appropriate, approve product assortment exchanges. Any exchange requests must receive prior written approval from Showerspecs LLC and are reviewed at our discretion based on product condition, inventory availability, and the specific needs of the retailer.

Shipping Information

Estimated ship dates will be communicated at the time an order is confirmed. Customers will receive an invoice followed by shipping confirmation. We will provide tracking information as soon as it becomes available. If any contents of the order are damaged, please contact us immediately so that we may replace the item(s) and find the best solution.

MAP Policy

Showerspecs LLC has established a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) of $49.99 USD for all Showerspecs® products.

Retail partners may determine their own final selling prices; however, products may not be advertised at a price below the current MAP in any public advertising, including but not limited to websites, online marketplaces, email marketing, printed advertisements, social media, digital advertising, or other promotional materials.

This policy applies only to advertised prices and does not restrict the final in-store selling price or prices communicated directly to customers at the point of sale. Showerspecs LLC reserves the right to modify its MAP policy at any time and may discontinue sales to retailers who repeatedly fail to comply with this policy.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Approved retailers may use marketing assets provided by Showerspecs LLC solely for the promotion and sale of Showerspecs® products. All trademarks, logos, photography, and other intellectual property remain the property of Showerspecs LLC.

Privacy Policy

All of the information shared during the lifetime of the wholesale contract is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party for commercial purposes.
